The Experience

  • Every Fizz event begins with a conversation. Rather than preset packages, we work closely with our clients to design a bar experience that fits the event, the guest list, and the atmosphere our client wants to create.

    We’ll discuss:

    • Event details, timing, and guest count

    • Cocktail preferences and overall vibe

    • Level of customization and service needed

    Experiences begin at $800, with final investment based on event scope.

  • Following your consultation, we’ll provide a custom proposal outlining the scope of service and full investment.

    To reserve your date:

    • A signed contract is required

    • A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required

  • We’ll collaborate to craft your perfect drink menu. This could be anything from signature cocktails to mocktails, beer, wine, and beyond. At this point, we’ll also provide a detailed shopping list tailored to your guest count, so you know exactly what to grab (or we can help with that, too!).

  • As your event approaches, we’ll confirm final details to ensure everything runs smoothly.

    Your remaining balance is due two weeks before your event. Once paid, all you need to do is sip back and relax.

  • We arrive prepared, set up efficiently, and deliver calm, attentive service throughout your event. From first pour to last call, our focus is on your guests so you can enjoy the celebration.

From first conversation to final toast, our process is designed to feel effortless and executed with intention every step of the way.

What’s included?

  • We will work with you to curate the perfect menu for your event. After the menu is finalized, we will provide you with a detailed shopping list for all the alcoholic beverages. No time for a shopping trip? Ask us about our pick up and drop off service.

  • Once the menu is finalized, we will design and print a custom menu sign that fits the decor of your event.

  • 4 hours of bar service is always included. More time can be added for an additional cost.

  • Set up and break down is included in addition to the 4 service hours.

  • We will bring everything necessary to provide your guests with a seamless bar experience.

  • We will bring ice and coolers so your drinks stay perfectly chilled from the first pour to the last toast.

  • We will come prepared with Tossware, straws, and cocktail napkins. Envisioning a specific look? Chat with us about custom options!

  • We are located in Southern NH. Travel to and from any event in New England is included.

  • We carry general liability and liquor liability insurance to protect you, your guests, and our team throughout your event.
